Where do you ship?
We only ship to Australia.
How long does shipping take?
We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.
Standard shipping usually arrives in 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for launch.
Shipping costs (if applicable in the future) will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay — no surprises.
Do you have express shipping?
At the moment, we only offer standard shipping.
We’ll introduce express shipping once volumes increase and we can guarantee reliable delivery times.
How do i track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll help you out.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes — we do ship to PO boxes within Australia.
Just enter your PO box address at checkout as normal.
Refunds & Returns
Do you offer refunds?
If there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged in transit, or something not right), we’ll make it right.
Because our bars are food products, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind — but if something’s genuinely off, please reach out and we’ll help.
What if my bars arrive damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, email us at hello@funola.com.au within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.
We’ll organise a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
What if i don't like the taste?
Taste is personal — and we get that.
While we can’t offer refunds based on taste preference, we’ve created sampler packs so you can try both flavours before committing to a full box.

Are all your products gluten free?
Yes, all of our products are gluten free and manufactured at a gluten free facility.
Are all your products vegan?
Yes, none of our products contain animal derived products.
Are there any artificial flavours, colours, or sweeteners?
No, we would never.
Are they suitable for kids?
Yes. Just be careful putting them in lunchboxes as our bars do contain nuts which may be against some schools No Nuts policy.
Where are your ingredients sourced from?
We try to source everything from Australia first, however sometimes this is not possible.
What's the texture like?
Ours bars are softer than most bars and have a bit of chewiness to it. A complete different experience compared to some bars that are hard as a brick.
How do you sweeten your products?
All our bars use dates as the primary sweetener. Additional sweetness may come from dried fruits that are used in select flavours.
Do you use preservatives?
No — we don’t add preservatives.
How should I store the bars?
Store FUNOLA bars in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Because they’re made with real ingredients, texture may vary slightly with temperature — this is normal.
What’s the shelf life?
We currently label a 6-month
shelf life, with further testing underway to extend this.
Always refer to the best-before date on pack.
